Weekend journal.....

On Saturday I went to hokitika and we went for a swim in the creek and found lots of slime and then we went to the beach to have dinner for dinner we had fish and chips and subway.... Then on the way back home we stopped and looked at the Christmas lights on the streets and the hokitika sign was lit up

On Sunday we went to kawaka and we took the dog too and she swam, there was this tree like kinda high and on the tree there is a rope and so I swung off the rope and into the water and I touched the bottom of the creek which was kinda scary... then we came home.

On Monday In the morning I took my cousin to the swimming pool in town and we had a swim there then we went to the gorge to see the coffee cart and we got a KIWI DOG which is a one of a kind, and we also got a ICE BLOCK which is not one of a kind, then it got to hot so we went to the school and swam in the creek there and then we went home.

My Weeked!!!

On the weekend we went to hoki!

On Friday Makiaya had her birthday party and she invited over Tui and Eden, We had a pavlova cake and both girls stayed for the night!

On Saturday We dropped the two girls off at their own houses and then we went to hokitika for makiaya's real birthday! when we got to hoki we played with Ngarama on the bikes and we drove them down to the pub and then got a drink then we went on the playground and I got my leg stuck in the monkey bars! then once I got my leg out we went back to Ngarama's house.

On Sunday It was makiaya's birthday! and we had a mini party at Tylar and Makiaya's Nana's house, with cake, balloons, food and games after the party we went to the school and played a game there. when we went to Ngarama's house Phillip and Vincent were there and Phillip was yelling at Makiaya for some reason so we just went home!

On the drive home we stopped at the warehouse at 8:55 and we had to find shoes and milk and bread all in five minutes we had 2 minutes ran out and FORGOT THE MILK AND BREAD!!! so we went to the petrol station and got those two things and we got home at dead 10:00!!!

Persuasive Speech

Last term Ruma J wrote persuasive speeches, Then we had to present them to our class mates. The feedback that my class people gave back to me said that I spoke confidently with a clear voice. Something that I found challenging was presenting at assembly because there was a noisy baby in the audience.

My Weekend All over the place

On Friday my Mum came over from nelson and she picked me up with her Partner Jed and her dog Chewy, we went to grey mouth and stayed at a motel there at the motel there was a jumping pillow and me and my mum jumped on it together, for dinner that night we had pizza after dinner we watched the emoji movie and went to bed.

On Saturday We went to my friend Anikas house for a visit then we went to chch we stopped in Springfield and played on the big donut then when we came into chch we went to a motel and the motel had a big playground, and we video called My sister Shannon at night time for dinner then we cooked some chicken and wedges, then we went to bed


On Sunday we went to dobson and stayed at my friends house and we cut a piece of wood and there was a lot of hoo hoo grubs and we burnt them to death in a bomb fire on a stick and the boys were chasing us with the burnt hoo hoo grubs so I just kicked the hoo hoo grub off the stick and threw it at his face!!!

🏑🏑Hockey Tournament🏑🏑

On Wednesday Ruma J went to The Grey mouth Hockey Turf to compete in a hockey tournament I was in the LakeBrunner Blue team. We won all of our games and we went to the finals. The finals was the only game that we didn't win. We played 4 games and then the finals.

The highlights were we all played our best, we only lost 1 game, We made it in to the finals, and we all had fun.

The low lights Were that It was freezing cold, Super windy, the other team didn't make it in to the finals and I forgot my drink bottle.
